A selection of illustrative projects that I’ve worked on recently where I have used illustration or hand drawn typography. Some are from personal projects that I’ve done in my spare time and for clients where I have explored a more illustrated style.
Motion Projects
M6Toll Breeze: DigiVan Advertising
M6Toll has invested £20m of technology to get more people using the road and traffic moving. This has lead to the creation of a entirely new customer account called ‘breeze’ and an new Automatic Number Plate Recognition System (ANPR).
As part of M6Toll’s Breeze campaign that I also created the brand identity for, I created a series of animated ads for there DigiVans advertising. DigiVans are an effective marketing tool, that can play video ads wherever and whenever. They play animated or static content on loop through the use of fully movable vans.

F.Hinds Jewellers: Don’t do Hindsight. Do F.Hinds
F.Hinds are a well established Jewellers on the British High Street, bringing uniquely timeless items from diamonds to gold and silver jewellery, watches, clocks and collectables for over 160 years.
We got the pleasure of working with them during the winter months with a brand new televised campaign. The idea highlights how easy it is to get your gifting wrong during Christmas and how you can make better choices with F.Hinds.

Transport for West Midlands: Heartbeeps
Transport for West Midlands wanted to raise awareness of dangerous driving, showing how precious life is and how it can be taken away at any second in road collisions.
As part of ‘Operation Triton’ a wider initiative by West Midlands Police we developed a hard hitting campaign that would help show the public of West Midlands, the Police’s stance on bad driving after so many recent tragedies in the area.
In our response, we created ‘Dangerous Driving Ends Lives in a Heartbeat’, a digitally led OOH campaign across screens and billboards in and around the Midlands. The videos capture the aftermath of a road collision and the critical moments after being hit by a car.
I worked to help roll out the campaign by building videos for the various social outputs, including adding typography and relevant logos.

Touromo Launch by National Express
A promotional video created for the launch of Touromo, National Express’s new tour coach brand. Combining animated typography with video clips I was able to create a short teaser that would be shared onto National Express’s social media accounts promoting the new service.
